Our Consultation Service is conducted via email, and we will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible to all enquiries. Our charge for the service is £24.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of £12.00. Payment terms are as per ‘Our Charges’ page, but given the nature of the service it is preferred if payment is made via credit or debit card. We regret that the Consultation Service is not available via telephone, though written enquiries are welcomed.
