We offer a research service at all central London locations , and also at The National Archives at Kew, Surrey, and The British Newspaper Library in north London. Visits are made to the most commonly requested locations, i.e. The Guildhall Library, The London Metropolitan Archives, The Principal Probate Registry, and The National Archives, on a regular basis.

As befits the national repository of our country’s history, our visits to The National Archives are scheduled in advance for specific days of the week, so research requests can always be met with the minimum of delay. As part of our local Essex research service, we also visit The Essex Record Office here in Chelmsford as and when required.
